Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Koski Kurti, we are committed to delivering high-quality ethnic wear. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
We currently do not offer returns for delivered products.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product has been delivered
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
3. Conditions for Exchange
The product must be:
Unused and unworn
In original condition
With original tags and packaging
Supported with valid order details
4. Unboxing Video
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This helps us verify damage, defect, or incorrect item issues faster.
5. Exchange Charges
A handling and reverse logistics charge of ₹200 per article will apply for approved exchanges.
Exchange is allowed only once per order and is subject to stock availability.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for general return requests.
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
An exchange cannot be fulfilled after approval
Any approved refund will be processed after review by our team.
7. How to Request an Exchange

8. Reverse Pickup / Self-Shipping
Once your request is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup where service is available. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the item to our address shared by the support team.
